MAKING SENSE OF THE RISKS WE FACE

A reasonable amount of fear is good. It helps protect us. But sometimes we DO have to fear fear itself... too much, or too little. Worrying too much about relatively small risks, or not enough about the big ones, can lead to unhealthy choices for ourselves and for society. This site offers fresh perspectives on current risk issues, to stimulate careful thinking about the threats we face so we can make healthy choices for ourselves, our families, and our communities.
